Helps Me Stay On Track Starting ordering from Meals by Mel recently and have been impressed so far with the quality and price of the meals. Usually people associate meal prep with rice, chicken & broccoli but Meals by Mel has a huge variety of options to choose from (my favorite is the white wine lemon chicken!). I look forward to having her meals in the day and it's of course a plus I know I'm eating well. Delivery is convenient and a text with delivery info is sent the morning of, which makes planning easier to do for the day. Definitely recommend to order from Meals by Mel if you're in need of meal prep and in the LA/OC areas!
